High Protein Overnight Oats

My daughter asked for chocolate chip peanut butter oats this week so that’s what I made. I don’t know when I’ll get around to adding this recipe to the site (gotta take pictures) so I’m putting it in here in the caption in the meantime:

What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp agave syrup

tbsp chia seed

tbsp flax seed

tbsp hemp seeds

cup rolled oats

cup low fat milk
Instructions
1. Stir the ingredients together. 2. Store in a container with a lid for at least 8 hours. 3. Mixture can be stored for up to 5 days, will thicken with time so you might want to add more milk on later days. 4. Serve chilled or warm in the microwave.View original recipe
